Reminder of Project DB -> IS Work cutover

Hi all --
As we agreed, the current Project DB will be migrating to the new IS Work
database this week. To that end, the Project DB will we accepting your updates
today, but then moving into read-only mode beginning tomorrow morning. At that
time, a snapshot of the Project DB will be moved to IS Work. After the IS Work
database has been verified, all maintenance/browsing of project information
should occur there, and the Project DB will be shut down. Appropriate
information will be provided to ensure that everyone knows what's happening as
we move forward.
