Hello,
I'm have AFS Client for Windows (v.3.6 2.26) installed on several of my
production web servers and we've been experiencing a peculiar problem.
We have a series of ASP scripts on the servers that write to an AFS
volume (/afs/.dmz/prj/wwwstage) and occasionally, a file will be written
but it is empty. There is also an event in the event log that occurs at
the same time, and looks like this:
(Event ID 1009) cm_Analyze: HardDeadTime exceeded..
Of course, this is very cryptic, and doesn't do much in the way of
letting me know what's going on. I was wondering if you have ever
experienced the problem I've described or if you know of who to contact
to help resolve this. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated .
Thanks,
-Dinh
