I would assume that such a command, if it exists, would only
be usable by members of system:administrators for the cell. (like
querying for the membership of an arbitrary user. Only the SA can
get this info in the current implementation for people other than
themselves).
I've looked for this function (in 3.1) and so far I have not
yet found it, although my search was certainly not extensive
(nor exhaustive).
