I don't believe that the address <afs-request@transarc.com> mentioned
in a previous post will work. You should use <afs-sales@transarc.com>
for AFS sales queries.

Here's a summary of the notable addresses in the transarc.com mail
domain.

To request sales/marketing information concerning AFS:
    afs-sales

To request subscription changes to one of our mailing lists:
    info-afs-request
    info-afs-kerberos-request
    info-afs-next-request

To submit a message to all of the members of the mailing lists:
    info-afs
    info-afs-kerberos
    info-afs-next

Other notes:
- PLEASE DON'T SEND SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES TO THE ENTIRE MAILING LISTS.
Use one of the "info-afs-request" addresses instead.

- The request addresses are monitored manually by a small
group of people instead of being automatically processed by a list
  server daemon.

- If you need to reach a mail administrator and the request lists are
not appropriate, you can use the "postman" or "postmaster" address.

- Again, all the addresses mentioned here are followed by "@transarc.com".

AFS Product Support,
Transarc Corp.
