Is there any way to give a process permissions in a directory regardless
of whether or not the user running the program has permissions there?

For example, a program writes data to a file in a directory that has one ACL
entry "systems:administrators all", but the users running the program will
not be in system:administrators. I would like the program to read & write
to the directory, but the users in general would not be able to (except
by using the program). Sort of a setuid program, but in AFS....

Any ideas??
