Accomplishments in Nov
- Pension Payroll kickoff meeting with Towers Perrin completed.
- In-progress on dynamic call to MITID database for New Hire and Rehire
actions.
- PA module development made significant progress on outstanding items
including design for Eductional Attainment info.
- HR Contacts rolled out to community via BLT breakfast.
- Successful Benefits Open Enrollment window 1.
Goals for Dec
- Lincoln-campus data exchange scope defined. (carry-over)
Next Community Milestone
- Tuition Assistance ESS in Jan/Feb.
- Open Enrollment completes window 2 on Dec 13.
Issues
- Determination of Lincoln Lab - campus integration. Impacts scope,
timeline, project structure, HR structure and project resources.
- Pension Payroll and HR go-lives in early 2003 will impact our SAP
environment in terms of pre-production environments, size of SAP instances,
management of support packs, and other areas. Important that we get ahead
of this change.
