Accomplishments for November 2002

EAST Business Model:
- Completed first complete draft of EAST business model and
presented it to Delivery Council and EAST. Revisions based on
the initial feedback are in progress.
EAST Web Pages:
- Added a new "Key Documents" section to the home page
- Updated "Team Members" and "Applications" sections on the home
page to reflect recent changes
- Added new "Doing Business with EAST" and "EAST Application
Acceptance Checklist and Transition Schedule" pages
- Removed content now on the "Doing Business with EAST" page from
the "Enterprise Production Software Standards standards" page
Corporation Database:
- Received list of requests for updates from client. Met with
client for clarification and discussion. Work begun on changes
to corpdb application.
Coeus:
- Built Mac and Windows installers for changes made last month.
- Met with client who was having difficulty with new Coeus
install on Mac. Removing and reinstalling the Oracle client
resolved the issue.
- Made stored procedure change to address bug that was causing
some pending proposals not to show up when printing current and
pending support pages from person maintenance.
- Changed code for some Powerbuilder data windows used to print
forms. Some forms were not printing properly from the Mac.
SAPweb:
- Completed the transition to new SAPweb testing and development
hardware, including some fixes necessary for the new
environment (and some documentation about things we never knew
were there!) More of a learning curve than expected since Jeff
Harrington had never documented some hidden server pitfalls.
Jody Housman in ASST was an enormous help.
- Released two new fixes/changes for SAPweb and, right at the end
of November, finished a third, in conjunction with Steve
Landry.
Events Calendar:
- More Events calendar research.
Goals for December 2002

- Complete next draft of EAST Business Model.
- Release a new version of the Corporation Database application.
- Deploy new Coeus 3.8 client to other schools.
- Evaluate timeline for addressing clipped screens on Windows XP.
- Evaluate timeline for addressing form printing issues on Mac OS 9
and Mac OS X
- Additional SAPweb progress.
