Accomplishments in November

* Continued the Design phase work and prepared model pages for the 
Parking application and the new Assignment tool.
* Reviewed the models with the Usability and EAST representatives.
* Presented the first draft of the Support/Rollout Plan to the team.
* Worked on the Test Plan.


Goals for December

* Continue the work in the Design phase.
* Learn more about the different parking rules for students and employees.
* Prepare a process for people who don't have computers, might have 
difficulty with the language, and work second and third shifts.


Next Community Milestone

Rollout to the community is expected to be in July 2003.   Usability 
activities, testing, and Parking Coordinators focus groups will be 
involved before then.


Learnings

There are so many parking rules and exceptions to the rules to think about!
