Accomplishments Past Period:
- Developed settlement report to be used by merchants to reconcile revenues
against FDMS reports
- Developed item report, which will allow merchants to report by order category
- Began discussions with Student Activities to develop strategy for dealing
with student groups. Sangam, the Indian Student Association, is expected
to go live for registration to an event in November. They will use
ShopSite and ClearCommerce.
- Enhanced documentation
- Cleaned up merchants' open, unfulfilled orders
Goals for Next Period:
- Roll out settlement report, item report, and several improvements to the
other servlets
- Configure stores for Student Activities, one of which will be used for
Sangam during October and November
- Further improve merchant and administrator documentation
- Continue wind-down of pilot
Next Community Milestone:
- Sangam's store goes live in October for registration to an event in November
