Accomplishments Past Period:
Dell:
- Monitored production pilot activity
- Coordinated plans for full roll-out
- Drafted documentation for full roll-out
Grainger:
- Grainger completed modifications to their catalog and order
request. Once fully tested, they moved this code to their QA environment.
- FSS modified configuration of vendor number, which resolved the problem
we encountered when trying to create WB reqs in SAP
- Created XML stylesheet for purchase order, tested, and sent samples to
Grainger for review.
PSB:
- Continued efforts toward obtaining final approval for vendor recommendation
- Worked with desired vendor (can't really publicly divulge who yet) to
build catalog
- Notified other vendors of status
Goals for Next Period:
Dell:
- Announce availability to community
Grainger:
- Complete testing of orders.
- Move to production for pilot
PSB:
- Obtain final approval for vendor selection
- Continue to work with vendor to build and integrate the catalog
Issues:
