project name: casetracker 1.5++

accomplishments past period:
- rolled out new web interface over weekend of 8/10-11 !!!
- received congratulations from jis on 8/12!!
- creation and announcement of a category owners web page
- invited category owners to submit requests for assigning default
categories to consultants
- revised casetracker account creation script
- doubled the amount of memory on the server machine, moved some
of the system load away from the web server to the database and upgraded to
a newer version of java to address reported performance problems
goals for coming period:
- schedule next category owners meeting
- meet with sponsor to review where we are, what our next steps should be
- review draft of new web front page and make any appropriate modifications
- review status of any outstanding bugs as a result of new release
team dynamics:
- all members are operating at optimal efficiency
next community milestone
- revision and ratification of casetracker policies in oct/nov
- casetracker category owners meeting in oct/nov
