* This is the first Delivery report for Parking.
Accomplishments in August
*Did a lot of pre-planning work: defined skills and roles, phases and
time lines, deliverables, etc.
*Held the kickoff meeting with the new team.
Goals for September
*Start weekly meetings with the core team.
*Establish a Project Notebook.
*Work on the different types of Plans --Usability, EAST, Support,
etc.--that will be necessary for delivery of the product.
*Establish the financial model between the Parking Office and ASST.
*Start the Analysis phase.
*Schedule a tour of the Parking Office for the team.
