Team Members: Tom Grayson, Michal Lusztig, Mohammad Sharai, Dan Sheehan,
and Esther Yanow

Accomplishments during June 2002:
- Train summer intern.
- 50 records loaded into SDE.
- Figured out the missing layer problem.
- FGDC MARC records are starting to be created.
- Researched spatial index options.
- Researched how to load XML records into SDE.
- All HTML FGDC records will also be created in XML; these XML records will
be loaded into SDE.
- Continue to create .html metadata records for the files that will be
loaded onto to SDE.
- Daniel began creating ArcView interface for SDE files.
Next Community Milestone:
Announce service with data loaded and backup with an Athena interface and
goals for a web interface (Late summer 2002).
