Accomplishments for June 2002
-----------------------------
- New team leader joined the group.

- EAST web site updated.

- Enterprise Application Software Standards Version 1.0 posted
  on the web.

- TNS:
    + Fixed 14 broken service orders.
    + Produced 12 ad-hoc reports.
    + Made 9 new client installations.
    + Fixed the errors of loading traffic from new switch because of format
      change.
    + Worked on the enhancement for TNS billing to accept credit charge.

- Corporation Database:	 Provided several client-requested
  enhancements to the Corporation Database application, including
  the addition of a numer of input fields in the client interface,
  and modifications to one of the reports generated by the
  application.

- SAPWeb:  Development and testing on a creating a method to
  poll the SAP servers for uptime BEFORE the user started
  entering data, preventing possible wasted work.  Solution
  still pending.
    
Goals for July 2002
-------------------
- Develop "Request for EAST Application Support Form."

- Update Enterprise Application Software Standards.

- Begin recording EAST development issues (e.g., bugs) in
  CaseTracker.

- Investigate turnover of Events Calendar to EAST.

- Complete SAPWeb server polling fix.
