Accomplishments past period:
* Executed production purges for FM data and Workflow event trace
* Documented archiving/purge procedures for all objects ( Pilot + Round 2 )
* Updated Website
* Ended project.
Next Steps:
* Last sponsor meeting (June)
* Knowledge transfer with Claude Desrosiers from Lincoln Lab
SAP Production Subset Project

Accomplishments past period:
* Worked with FSS MM configuration team to work on MM archiving,
particularly with Vendor Masters.
Goals for the coming period:
* Review purchasing documents retention period with FSS customizing team.
* Evaluate Vendor Master archiving requirements and options with FSS MM Team.
* Continue MM_EKKO archiving exercise.
* Archive as many archiving objects as possible in SF3.
The following objects are considered for the subset but can only be
archived once MM_EKKO has been archived:
. CO_COSTCTR - Cost center - all data (incl. center master)
. PS_PROJECT - Project system: Operative structures
. CO_ORDER - Orders with transaction data
. SD_VBAK - Sales documents
. CO_ITEM - CO line items
* Update website and project documentation.
