Accomplishments Past Period:

* Successfully completed the Netbackup 3.4 upgrade on the freshly upgraded OS
(Tru64 5.1a)
* Installed NetBackup Patch 3.4.3
* Performed extensive testing on the new Netbackup Infrastructure to validate
that the outstanding issues with NetBackup 3.2 are gone.
* Started to work on the W91 roll out plan
Goals for the Coming Period:
----------------------------
* Fine-tune Netbackup in E40
* Re-activate the Netbackup Vault functionality in E40
* Perform bare-metal restore testing of Netbackup Master and Media servers.
* Complete the W91 roll out plan
* Get buy-in from key stakeholders (Pete Kelley, Ron Parker) on the E40
implementation.
* Start the W91 implementation
* Document restore test plan including various restore scenarios and detailed
procedures.
* Update project documentation and web pages.
Issues:
-------
* This project is still suffering of a shortage of ASST ressources.
This may slow down the upcomming W91 implementation.
