accomplishments past period:
- completed first round of qa testing. collected results and fixed
any reported bugs. initiated second round of qa testing.
- posted most recent version of casetracker rules of use to the web
- scheduled training and ct-lead meeting to occur shortly before
release date to keep customer community informed and clear on how to
use new functionality
- changed email interface to work with other system changes due to
case sets being added. need to test.
goals for coming period:
- conduct ct-lead meeting on 5/15 to go over new case set features,
and to update them on plans heading into fy04
- begin running parallel systems on 5/19
- conduct training on new features on 5/21 and 5/22
- look into adding code that enables flexible sorting on case lists
that are the result of a search
- explore implications of adding waiting status and changing freeze
until to wait until date
- begin thinking about phase 3 as completion of case sets will mark
the completion of phase 2
team dynamics:
- lots of little pieces of team members time makes it challenging to
get a release out the door
next community milestones
- ct-lead meeting and quick training sessions on case set functionality
- roll-out of new product in june
