Accomplishments past period:
----------------------------
- The TSM Windows migration script is 95% complete and we are doing
final testing. Work has begun on the TSM Mac migration script. This
process should proceed more quickly now that we have ironed out all
the requirements with the Windows script and know exactly what to
expect with regards TSM server migration issues ie: migration of user
  passwords, etc.

- TSM server testing is progressing. From the TSM application, we have
  tested:
  - Read and write access to tapes via the 3494 tape library.
  - Exporting of server configuration information from VM to UNIX.
  - Backup and restoral of user data.
  - Exporting of archive data from VM to UNIX servers.

- Completed migration of TSM VM data to IBM ESS. TSM VM application
code base is scheduled to be migrated to the ESS in the this month.

- Completed IS newsletter article.

- TSM V5 training for DaveK and Patrick Whitney completed.

- The Help Desk has started testing using the TSM Admin web interface
as well as the old TSM Windows GUI interface.

- Initial TSM installation and configuration completed.

Goals for next month:
---------------------
- Continue with TSM server configuration and testing.
  - 3494 tape library sharing between TSM servers
  - TSM server disastery recovery procedures
  - Test TSM server performance with load.

- Begin Helpdesk training and documentation.

- Finalize and send TSM migration reminder announcement to all TSM users

- Prepare announcement with specific instructions for ADSM-A users.

- Start Athena TSM scripts and documentation preparation for ADSM-A
  server cutover.

Additional comments:
--------------------
- Indications are that the HelpDesk will not be able to obtain additional
