Project Name: HR-Payroll Project
Project Leader: Dan Fitzgerald
Report Date: Mary 6 , 2003

Accomplishments in April
- Completed integration testing cycle with team members and several HR
business owners.
- Completed approximately 75% of conversions and performed loads into
integration test environment successfully.
- Kicked off authorization definition work. Expected to continue through
May.
Goals for May
- Convert to new enterprise structure in production.
- Complete Lincoln to campus interface.
- Complete 100% of conversion development.
- Define requirements for DLC and HR authorizations.
Next Community Milestone
- Tuition Assistance ESS in May.
- Data validation of Cyborg data by DLC's starting May 9.
- Pilot with 3 - 5 DLC's for capturing Research Affiliations in SAP HR.
This is in-progress with expected completion by early May.
- Employee Self-service applications for Emergency Contacts, Education
Attainment and EEO info scheduled for soon after HR Go-live which is August.
