Project Name: HR-Payroll Project
Project Leader: Dan Fitzgerald

Accomplishments in Feb
- Change management program to aid HR department in preparing themselves
for go-live has begun. Includes several lunch time and concept workshops.
Some workshops have already taken place.
- Lincoln-to-campus data exchange requirements nearly complete. Two issues
remain, 1) initial load plan and requirements, and 2) location of cross
reference files.
- Conversion programming tasks identified and assigned for 80% of tasks.
Some conversions completed along with unit testing.
- Pension Payroll configuration of garnishments.
- Tax update process and responsibilities agreed upon with business owners.
Goals for March
- Migrate testing to SH/1 environment.
- Complete detail design and business logic for Lincoln to campus data
exchange. (expect complete March 14)
- Detailed project schedule for Interface development along with resource
assignments.
Next Community Milestone
- Tuition Assistance ESS in April.
- Data validation of Cyborg data by DLC's starting in March.
- Pilot with 3 - 5 DLC's for capturing Research Affiliations in SAP HR.
This is starting in March.
- Employee Self-service applications for Emergency Contacts, Education
Attainment and EEO info scheduled for soon after HR Go-live which is August.
Issues
- Scheduling a campus integration test along with supporting the project
testing prior to HR go-live.
