Accomplishments for January

- Work on programmers guide to Geodata Search Tool.
- Implement help question tracking system.
- Developing Service License Agreement (SLA)
- Participate in Edtech Fair during IAP.
- Demo Geodata Search Tool during IAP.
- 10 IAP classes given related to GIS.
- Worked to complete SDS Administrators guide.
- Installed ArcSDE on test server.
- Port scripts from Oracle 8i to 9i.
- Posted student position for spring.
Goals for February
--------------------------------------
- Complete Service License Agreement (SLA)
- Final recommendations and project plan for authentication and users
accounts issues for the Spatial Data Repository.
- Hire student for loading data.
- Create policy for adding files to the Spatial Data Repository.
- Start to program the ArcGIS interface.
- Continue to load Marc Records into Barton.
- Finish SDS Administrators guide.
- Work on programmers guide to Geodata Search Tool.
- Determine what FGDC tags we want to go into the Marc conversion for
Connection.
- Write ACP proposal for test servers.
- Continue loading data onto server.
- Create new GIS software access pages.
- Create draft charge for GIS faculty advisory group.
