I've made CJ's judgement and notice of appeal available online -
Judgement and probation terms at <http://www.parrhesia.com/cj/cj-jgmt.pdf>,
notice of appeal at <http://www.parrhesia.com/cj/cj-appnot.pdf>.
The terms of probation are mostly unremarkable (in that they're not
different from those imposed on all of the other federal defendants found
guilty), except that, during the term of his 3 year probation -
CJ will be prohibited from using encryption software, remailers, or
anonymizers;
CJ will be permitted to use a computer, but not the Internet nor a modem
without his probation officer's permission, and will be required to
disclose his e-mail address to his probation officer if he does use the
Internet. The prosecution or the probation department recommended that
permission be required for the use of a computer at all, but the judge
refused.
He reports that the facility in Three RIvers TX is reasonable enough, given
that it's a federal prison, and is working on his appeal, which he
undertakes pro se (as his own attorney), which was his preference.
