                                         CELLULAR CALL BLOCKER
                                                      MODEL: CELL - B
        FEATURES

        * User friendly

        * Portable design

        * Analog or digital

        APPLICATIONS

        * Hostage
        negotiations

        * Entry teams

        * Counter
        surveillance

        * Counter terrorist
        teams
        The Cellular Call Blocker, Model: CELL - B, is the result of a
        considerable effort to produce a device that will allow authorized
        law enforcement and government agencies, the ability to block
        cellular phone calls. The CELL - B operates on the principle of
        displacing a stronger control channel signal than the cellular
        carriers. This will place the cellular phones in the target area in a
        "roam" mode that will only respond only to the CELL - B control
        channel. The standard model CELL - B only operates on the
        EAMPS analog cellular network, and will block analog, and
        analog / digital cellular phones. Other models are available for
        ETACS and GSM.

        This device has a selectable RF output power range making it
        possible to block calls up to one mile of free space. The
        directional antenna allows for normal use of cellular phones
        behind the targeted area, while concentrating its signal to the
        target location. Should someone try to contact the cellular phones
        within the target area, the cellular carriers "out of the area"
        recording will be issued to the caller.

        The CELL - B with the ID option (CELL-B-ID) also will
        capture the cellular telephone number (MIN), and dialed number,
        of cellular phones when trying to operate within range of the
        device. This ID option is not available on the GSM model. The
        ability to block and capture cellular call information is a feature
        of the CELL-B-ID that is extremely useful in various tactical
        scenarios. When this feature is activated, the target will hear a
        busy signal in response to a call being placed.
