Question for Ken Duetsch:
Ken, do you work Issue Dynamics or Bell Atlantic?
I am relying on memory which can be dangerous, but I believe that
someone with your id was posting here as ba.com but signing themselves
as Ken Deutsch, Issue Dynamics.
Now Issue Dynamics is a perfectly reputable Washington DC company that
among other things does lobbying (public education work) for the
RBOCS.
Still when you say Eric Rabe of Bell Atlantic asked you to post that
earlier reply it would help me for sure in evalauting what you are
doing and saying to know whether you are a Bell Atlantic or Issue
Dynamics employee.
