Er... small self-defense comment. I never said the NSF IG "exectued a
cover up of IBM's law firm." I have questioned the IG's opinion
concering the Merit-ANS subcontract, deeming it a sub-cooperative
agreement. But never have I implied, said or written that the IG's
action was anything close to a "cover up."
