Ross,
   Thanks for the follow-up postings.  The brief thread about lack of
   accompanying E-Mail addresses was, at least on my part, an off-
   the-top-of-the-head musing, passed to keyboard.

   It will be great if an adequate job is done by the committee.

    Whew, that's an enormous spread.  To do any portion of that
    justice will be an enormous task.
