In terms of email access to the NIIers (ignoring for the
moment whether they want it), there are already two
well-established ways to get email to people from large
constituencies:
1) Have someone else in charge of reading and selecting
our email, e.g. an admin asst., to do the first cut
prioritizing, just like they do for paper and phone stuff
2) give them separate handles, like
joe_wearing_his_nii_hat
and then it autosorts.
Perhaps Inmac will offer to send them all a catalog -- and
also one for every IIAer. :-)
