Speaking from experience, business users usually use our service during the
Prime Time period, and residential users logon between the hours of 5PM and
Midnight.

Although usuage is higher during business hours, we are able to still
provide fair pricing to ALL users (50 cents per hour, $300 dedicated),
without imposing penalties for daytime users while maintaining quick and
reliable service.
