Gordon, why is it that you can quote Kapor's testimony exactly but can
only say the law said "something like ..." ? The obvious implication
is that the law's language isn't direct and clear enough for you.
It doesn't matter how direct the language of Kapor's testimony is; it
doesn't have the force of law. If you're basing your post on the law,
quote the law. If you're basing it on Kapor's opinion, don't try to
pretend it's the law.
