Anyone here familiar with the history of the National Science Board? How many
memos does it have to respond to at each meeting? Forty to 50? How much
attention ahead of time can the members give the actions that the NSF requests
them to endorse? Are minutes of their meetings kept. has the science board
ever refused to approve a recommended action? If so, when? How often?
