Brock, are you talking here about the bid of a year ago?  Or the one right
now?  The current one  doesn't have bait and switch allegationsns about atm does
it?  I *thought* these allegations were what resulted in the overturn a year
ago.  Your statement above sounds to me like you are saying that bait
and switch Applies to the current deal as well?????
