You are a reseller. Are you a member of the CIX ? If not why ? By looking at
a traceroute you traffic flow indicates you should be a member. Just because
your service provider is a member, does not make you one. Pagesat does re-sell to re-sellersto resellers and therefore should be a CIX member.
