Doug,
First of all let me explain something to you. I keep telephone records.
Records of conference calls etc. I also keep memo's of record & in certain
cases for security purposes keep other records. What I am saying here is
true. If you want to say you never told me that you offered Percy Foster
25% of the company fine. If you want to sue me, I can get you the name and
address of my lawyer. Before I went public with any of this I made sure to
contact other players in this arena. As you said alot of people are pissed
at ANS. Thats un-fortunate. but don't expect me to back down. You also told
me that you were trying to get a free T-1 for a year. Your right, I am not
privy to what you did finally get but, I am privy to what you told me. As
far as the CIX thing goes... lets get that out right now. You asked the following
ANS people about guranteed CIX connectivity, with me on the phone. Doug, Might I
remind you that I was the one who placed the conference call!

I have a complete record of the call, Dates, time etc. You were also
patched to Percy Foster at the end of the call and continued to talk.
Get the idea. So if your upset that I talk about this - just press
control-ALT-DEL or whatever you do on a Sun now days but, don't try
to threaten me with legal action because thats a long dark hole I
would love to enter.
As you will see at the end of my last posting , I wish you well. Be smart
leave it at that. And as far as Cook goes, I got sick of seeing the guy
get the short end when no one else would come forward and talk. Cook is
not nuts, Cook is accurate. And right now he has got a bigger microscope.
