Tunisia has a national EUnet organisations and as far as I know all
the IP nodes in Tunisia have been associated with us (EUnet). For 
various reasons there is currently no IP connectivity to Tunisia, 
however we expect this to be fixed permamently in a couple of weeks 
(e-mail connectivity to Tunisia still exists).
