IBJ "offer"

This isn't the place for this, forgive me, but I must repond to
that "bold offer" by Michael Strangelove, which also didn't
belong here.

Flushed with *something* anyway...

Just for the record, I was editor of the Internet Business
Journal for its premiere issue and had quite a bit to do with
all that press attention.  I keep encountering my editorial for
IBJ #1 on gopher servers far and wide.  Also, just for the
record, I am now editor of Internet Business *Report*, published
by CMP, and have had no affiliation with Michael Strangelove
since I made that move.

What's the implication here?  It is smaller.  It is more
expensive.  Also, if I may say so, it's more devoted to issues
likely to be of interest to a corporate audience trying to frame
meaningful strategies with respect to the Internet.  This "I'll
show you mine if you show me yours" routine is silly, Michael.
Grow up.

Anybody who wants to see a small, expensive copy of IBR is
welcome to send *mail* for a sample issue.  Same as it ever was.
