Please make sure also that yellow stamps can be cashed in only by those
backbone providers who agree to implement gateways to all the other
backbone providers so those of us who might get yellow stamps can choose
Provider X and still reach clients of Provider Y. In other words, you
will have to act like a combination of Judge Greene and the FCC. You'll
love it!!!
