Sean,
My note to Steve Wolff was prompted, in part, by your earlier message
today. It seems to me that all you have to do is connect up to an
unrestricted network, and then you can offer your services and
products to anyone who wants to purchase them. I think the only thing
you cannot do is send out unsolicited ads across controlled portions
of the Internet. No need for you to keep track of the various usage
policies; it wouldn't be your problem.
