The problem that there would be dozen's of policies isn't solved. Although
the NSF policy is restrictive, currently you only really needed to worry
about that one policy.
I don't relish the thought of trying to keep track of 20 (40, 100) different
policies, no matter how relaxed they are. I really don't want to keep track
of them at all. If you want to send purchase orders to us, that is between
you and your network provider.
