The TIC report will be used by GAO in writing a report for a
Congressional committee. TIC's function is to gather as much
information about as many industries as possible. If you want
your experience to be heard by Congress, this might be a chance.
What Congressional Committee is this? Does it have anything to do with
NREN? If the GAO is producing a report about networking it must be
something to do with FTS2000, right?
What is your (and GAO's) definition of "high speed"?
