I contacted the "appropriate" people. Word has it that the operation
is called "Hybrid" (Hybrid Technologies maybe?). I have also been
informed that their phone number is the same as Digital Pathways.
Draw your own conclusions.
Bottom line: they would not tell me anything.
I will persue this further but I am not encouraged.
