Oh ....LORD help me!!! I am sitting here with a BRIGHT RED FACE!!!! I
have been in the NREN jungle too long.... and typed in the address of this
list when I meant to type in the address of a private individual in
forwarding the preceeding message!!!
I think I need a vacation but I hope that my faux paus won't land me a
permanent one. i had my correspondents permission to release the
information although I didn't intend it to be released via that message
and to make maktters worse......could they possibly be, I find out now
that it appears to be a position OTHER than that of the directorship of
the NSFnet that is turning over>
I think I know which but having just engaged in one piece of self
immolition, I am gonna go off and hide under a rock instead of risking any
more hoof and mouth disease and hope that steve wolff and any one else who
needs to will forgive me.
At any rate lets hope the GOOD news in this is that Steve is NOT leaving
any time soon....the idea had me too worried for my own good.
