The budget (the money) may not be your problem, but it should be.
Somewhere along the line, I found that if you control the budget,
two things happen: (1) you get what you want, and (2) you start to
pay more attention to what you get for your money. From my budget's
point of view, usage charges let me pay for what I use, not what I
think I need.
