Jack, the bill is an authorization bill with an appropriation. The
bill is cosponored by Ford, the chair of Senate Rules (its only Senate
referral). The House version (hr 2772) is sponored by Rose, the
chair House of Administration, the bill's only house referral. The
house bill has more than 20 cosponors.
We think it may pass this year, but time is running out. Any help
would, well, help.
