I would like to request assistance in getting a copy of the following
document: HPCC Terms of Reference. It wwas created either by OMB or OSTP
and transmitted to the HPCC agencies. It is thought to be a public
document.
Among other things it contains some very interesting time tables - namely
that by July 24 PMES (a sub group of OSTP) is to have completed an NREN
management plan that has the consent of both FNCAC and FNC.
Also Did not the document released on May 15 say that a preliminary
version of the backbone rebid solicitation would be released by June 1??
(Only 4 months behind the NSF's self imposed schedule of last november.)
Has the solicitation draft been released? If so how may it be obtained?
