With the level of effort I'm sure it took to reach an agreement for this
first step of interconnection between ANS/CIX, I don't think it would serve
anyones interest to pull-the-plug. This is truly a watershed event for
(Inter)networking -- let's hope its a sign of the times and of things to come.
