I had trouble printing the slides (my printer refused to recognize the file
as Postscript). Moving the %!PS-Adobe-2.0 line to the head of the file
corrected this. (The File consists of the Apple Postscript dictionary
followed by the actual Postscript for the slides. The %!PS-Adobe-2.0 line
was preceeding the second %%Title line.)
