Are all sixteen of the NSFnet T-3 nodes now active and "peering" with each
other?
Is the effective speed of the t-3 backbone still stuck at more than 5
megabits per second but less than 10?
Has there been a T-3 network engineering monthly report since March? If
so, I'd be greateful if someone would send it to me. I shall be out in a
few days with the second issue of the COOK Report.
Enlightenment on COREN still welcome.
