I believe that the new gopher/Wais technologies is one of the things
that is going to blow open the market for internet access. With gopher
you can provide information at a point and click level and with
wais you can search on a remote machine for some information.
Both of these tend to outweigh FTP for the novice. I would suggest
that telnet be a tool that you think about providing so that gopher
can be ported to the portable market....
