Remember COMBITs? CO+RE? The last time we heard anything from ANS was
Feb 6, when Susan Eldred (ANS Director of Public Affairs) said:

>Many of us at ANS have been reading the comments regarding "COMBITs" that
>have been posted during the last few months. Although we answered many of
>the messages, there obviously is still a great deal of confusion and debate
>about this measurement/pricing scheme, and that has convinced us to take
>another look at it. We are arranging a meeting with representatives from
>around the Internet community to get more input on whether or not the plan
>should be changed, and if so, how should it be revised.
>
>We've always said that we expected the plan would continue to evolve over
>time, as we learned more about commercialization. Maybe it's time for the
>next phase in this evolution.
>
>At any rate, be assured that we will keep all of you current on the latest
>developments.
