MichNet can't really do this. The net number to be added isn't
ours and world.std.com isn't attached to MichNet, so it would
be impolite for us to ask to have something done with someone
else's network number.
I have been exchanging mail with Berry at world.std.com and have
offered to talk to folks at Alternet or NSF if he wants me to
and if he thinks it would be helpful.
Finally I don't really know enough about world.std.com to know
if they should be added or not. I just suspect that access from
the University of Michigan would be in support of Education and
Research and so could be allowed under the NSF AUP.
